By accessing stadiumstamp.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.
What StadiumStamp is
StadiumStamp is a sports travel planning tool that helps fans compare ticket, flight, and hotel prices for road games. We do not sell tickets, flights, hotels, or any travel products directly. All bookings are completed on third-party partner sites. We are not responsible for transactions, pricing accuracy, availability, or experiences on those partner sites.

StadiumStamp earns commissions when you click through to partner sites and complete a booking. This never affects the price you pay. We only show options we believe are relevant to your trip.
Price accuracy
Prices shown on StadiumStamp are estimates for planning purposes. Actual prices appear on the partner site at the time of booking and may differ from what we display. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prices, availability, or other information provided on this site.
User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Prohibited conduct
By using StadiumStamp, you agree not to:

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StadiumStamp's liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall StadiumStamp be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Dispute resolution
If you have a dispute with StadiumStamp, please contact us first at hello@stadiumstamp.com and allow us 30 days to resolve it informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be settled by binding arbitration in Arizona, rather than in court. You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of Arizona.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
